Intact Global Exports operates as a B2B agricultural commodity export enterprise. All product specifications, quality grades, and sourcing details provided on our platform are for informational purposes. Actual export contracts are governed by specific Sales Agreements, Proforma Invoices, and standard Incoterms® (e.g., FOB, CIF).

2. Data Protection and DPDP Act Compliance

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), any personal data collected during the course of business is processed strictly upon obtaining explicit consent from you (the Data Principal), or as required for the legitimate performance of a contract.

By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your data. You may exercise your rights (including access, correction, erasure, and withdrawal of consent) via our Data Rights Request Form.

3. Pricing and Quotations

Due to the volatile nature of global agricultural commodity markets, prices listed or discussed informally are subject to change without prior notice. A price is only considered final once a formal Proforma Invoice is issued and accepted by the buyer, and the requisite advance payment or Letter of Credit (LC) is established.

4. Quality and Certifications

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality commodities. Goods are subject to quality inspection by independent, internationally recognized agencies (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) prior to shipment at the port of loading. The certificate of quality and weight issued by such agencies at the port of loading shall be considered final and binding on both parties.

5. Payments and Logistics

Standard payment terms involve Irrevocable Letters of Credit (LC) at sight or telegraphic transfers (TT) with an advance payment, as agreed upon in the commercial contract. Intact Global Exports ensures all cargo is loaded within the stipulated shipment time frame, subject to vessel availability and unforeseen force majeure events (e.g., port strikes, natural disasters).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and data compilations, is the property of Intact Global Exports or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Intact Global Exports, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our website or services, or resulting from the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of any export contract beyond the scope of agreed-upon Incoterms®.
